• We accept returns for purchased from ROOROO MADE online only.
• All returns are inspected by ROOROO MADE before refunding to the original form of payment.
• Products must be in an unused condition with all packing materials. Be ensured to request for returning before you sent the item back to us. 
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• ROOROO MADE has the reserve of right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy requirements. Please contact us at info@rooroomade.com for further questions.
• The following items are non-returnable: Personalized or customized items. Items marked as final sale.

Upon delivery and physically has possession of your package, you assume liability for any risks associated with your ROOROO MADE products. Please ensure to inspect your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please retain the box, the packing materials, and all the items inside and please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellation:

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.
