Can I change my order or shipping details once I placed my order?
We can cancel an order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any shipping details once an order has been processed; nor can we add products to an existing order once it has been placed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email info@rooroomade.com to see if this is possible.
Are my personal information and payment details safe on rooroomade.com?

How do I place a gift order?
Unfortunately, we are not offering gift packaging currently. However, every order is prepared with care and delivered in a ROOROO MADE keepsake gift box with an exclusive dust bag.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed on rooroomade.com are subject to the applicable state, local or country sales taxes. Your order confirmation will show the sales tax in the order total.

Is ROOROO MADE perfume safe for dogs?
Absolutely YES! Our perfume has been professionally formulated for your furry companion. The perfume is Alcohol free, vegan, pH balanced, water based, and our formulations are carefully crafted to exclude any potentially harmful substances.
Is your ROOROO MADE perfume pH balanced for dogs?
Absolutely YES! The pH is 6.8 – 7.5 with authentic test report.
How do I apply your ROOROO MADE perfume to my dogs?
Spray our RooRoo Made Dog Perfume 20 cm from your pooch, taking care to avoid the face and sensitive areas.
Where should I store your ROOROO MADE perfume?
Please store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Why is the colour of my ROOROO MADE perfume slightly different to the product displayed on your website?
We understand that you've noticed a slight difference in the colour of the product you received compared to the image displayed on our website. Please be aware that while we make every effort to maintain consistency in our products, variations in color may occur between batches due to the natural diversity of ingredients and the intricacies of our production processes. We strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding of these minor differences.
Why does the product create bubbles when shaken?
It is normal. In contrast to many human fragrances, we've streamlined our ingredient list and made sure that those we do use are entirely safe for your dog's use.
Which pets are suitable for using your ROOROO MADE perfume?
Our products are specifically formulated for use on dogs.

Does ROOROO MADE ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the U.S. We are working on shipping worldwide, excluding certain countries and regions where courier services are unavailable.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
Free Standard Domestic Shipping: Free standard domestic shipping applied to purchases of $99 or more (within Canada). Standard Domestic Shipping: Standard domestic shipping costs $7.5 for orders less than $99. The standard shipping time will take 3 to 9 business days for delivery. Orders are processed within 24 hours after you have placed it, Monday – Friday. Order processing and shipping durations may fluctuate during peak periods or holiday. We are committed to ensuring prompt delivery of your ROOROO MADE products, but we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays. Kindly be aware that ROOROO MADE does not take responsibility for items not delivered or lost due to theft. In the event of such occurrences, please contact the courier service directly.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes due to security reasons.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What are the Returns & Exchanges policy?
Ensuring your satisfaction is important to us at ROOROO MADE. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund your purchase value if the returned item is unused and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. We accept returns for purchased from ROOROO MADE online only, and all returns are inspected by ROOROO MADE before refunding to the original form of payment. Products must be in an unused condition and be ensured to request for returning before you sent the item back to us. ROOROO MADE has the reserve of right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy requirements. Please contact us at info@rooroomade.com for further questions. Upon delivery and physically has possession of your package, you assume liability for any risks associated with your ROOROO MADE products. Please ensure to inspect your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please retain the box, the packing materials, and all the items inside and please contact us immediately for assistance. Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item. You are responsible for the returning delivery fees.
