Raising pets is a form of "assured love.”

Some say that keeping pets is the pursuit of a kind of "definite" love, and it seems to be true. As long as you provide food and water, accompany them daily, without the need for a very complex process of cultivating emotions, they already consider you the best companion in the world.

What's even more wonderful is that cats and dogs themselves can bring endless healing, and their "unburdened expression of love" can heal us countless times.

This mutual need and the emotional connection of being needed make me feel alive.
In the not-so-calm adult world, just watching a cat licking its paws or a dog lying on the ground in a daze can give me a sense of "certainty" and security.

I am deeply grateful that in the lesson about "intimate relationships" that this world has given me, pets also play an important role, making me feel that both "being loved" and "loving" are beautiful things.

During the weekend, I organized my room. I relocated the small sofa from the side to under the window, adorned it with a three-colored blanket I recently purchased from a chic little store on the street. I climbed up with my dog to test the softness of the blanket. As I walked over to the adjacent sofa to check its suitability, I was suddenly captivated by the scene before my eyes. In that moment, I felt somewhat certain that this is the "joyful and relaxed way I want to spend my life." I desire to simply lie on a cozy blanket, daydream, and tenderly capture a dog's tail. I hope for weekends filled with leisure, taking the dog out in the morning and evening, returning home to cuddle against its little nose.

They lie together on the sofa, watching outside the window, while I watch them.
